One on one Coaching involves meeting with one of our CrossFit Level 1 Coaches for individual training. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, dial in nutrition, or get your first muscle up, we are hear to help.
We are also certified in yoga (200 hour YTT) if you are looking for a private session.
Not able to make it to Devil Dogg CrossFit as much as you would like? We also have an online training program that involves baseline testing, weekly workouts emailed to you, and accountability to help you reach your goals.
